The Soundboks is the yacht answer. 126 dB on battery — louder than most mains-powered PA tops — an IP65 build that shrugs off spray and sand, and around forty hours of battery at mid volume, which outlasts a charter week of singalongs. At full party volume plan on roughly six hours. It anchors our Yacht Karaoke setup.

It is a straight-ahead loud speaker rather than a vocal console: run the dual wireless mic set and the karaoke tablet station through the compact mixer into the speaker and you get echo on the vocals too. TeamUp mesh links up to five units if the boat is big enough to need it.

Who it’s for

Charter groups, beach houses and anyone whose party happens where sockets do not. At 16.1kg it is a two-hand carry, but it crosses a passerelle without drama.

Common questions

How long does the battery actually last?

Every battery speaker lists its own runtime in the spec table on its page. Heavy bass and maximum volume drain it faster, and the charger comes with the rental so you can top up during dinner.

Is it loud enough for my group?

Coverage is what the SPL and driver rows in the spec table describe — a speaker sized for a terrace is not the same machine that fills a courtyard. Tell us the headcount, the room and whether it is indoors, and we'll say which of these sizes it.

What if it rains?

Check the spec table on the page. An IP rating means the enclosure is built for spray; no rating means it wants cover the moment it starts. Either way, keep it out of standing water and out of the pool's splash zone.

How does delivery work?

Collect from our depot near Split, or have it delivered to the door — either way the terms for your zone come with your quote. Villas, apartments and marinas are all standard drops.

How fast can you deliver?

It depends on the zone and the date — the van has to be routed. Tell us both when you reserve and we will come back with what is actually possible. In peak season, ask earlier.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

Not much, either way. A plug-and-play package arrives labelled and pre-paired — if you can connect a phone to a speaker, you can run karaoke night. A package we install is set up and tested by us. Your quote says which yours is.

What if something stops working mid-rental?

Contact us the moment it happens, not at collection — we'll sort it out with you directly and tell you straight what we can do and how fast.
