No. A plug-and-play package is labelled and pre-paired — open the cases, put everything where the label says, and the first chorus follows. A package we install is set up and tested for you. Your quote says which one you are getting.
No. Some packages we simply deliver for you to plug in; others we deliver, install and test. A technician does not remain at the event unless separately requested or technically required — no host, nobody judging your song choice.
